Staff is friendly but it seems that front desk and aquatics dont have have their story for registration straight. You may have to visit several times (voicemails can take months of waiting with no call back) only to find out that their miscommunication caused you to miss the registration window. FYI, if your child is under three they dont need a membership to register for swim lessons, so we were told by front desk; what we were not told was that there is a members-only registration window before public registration day; learned this days later from the aquatics department when we called to register for private lessons once registration was open (to public, after members, unbeknownst to us); aquatics also told us that the lessons were all booked up. My question then is, when is a child under three supposed to register? During the members-only window or on/after public registration day, and if the latter, will a child ever get into private lessons? Perhaps thats why there is such a big list of people who are interested which they kindly offered to put us on. If we had been told all this we would have paid for the membership to get our child registered during the membership window. And what about people with babies and toddlers who need private lessons (for a variety of reasons) but cant afford to purchase a membership on top of the lessons themselves? Do they forever get blocked out because of this? Something needs to change there for more equitable access. Communication might be a good place to start since aquatics themselves told us that they and front desk arent on the same page as to how things work. Its just disappointing and frustrating

Made the boys change in the family room and had two old ladys monitoring them. Hot tub was closed, and life guard didnt do the swim test for the little kids. Charged 12$ for parents to come in and watch the kids by the pool. Werent aloud to shower after getting out of the pool.
