Really hard to get an appointment with their new same day system. Ive been trying on and off for 3 months.

Wonder if non vaccinated will be told they no longer have a doctor soon? Seem to always be closed so appointments get cancelled. Its just like the local hospital emerg departments that are always closed on weekends.

Sometimes getting an appointment can be frustrating. But the staff is always friendly, reassuring, and helpful.

Originally Posted 2018 Months long waiting list to see doctors, seems to have a history of "misplacing" patient files thus removing you from being a pre-existing patient, and since they aren't taking on "new" patients you are left without medical care. As of November 2020 there has been no improvement. The only change is now they will call you out of the blue and leave a message saying that they need to talk to you, but when you call back they're too busy to talk to you, so they say they'll call you back... but they never call back.
