Good custumer service and fair prices. As for the 2 star rating above, you should expect this type of rating from someone complaining a tube of grease that they paid less than 10 bucks for. You can only imagine what type of gratuity he leaves for his waitress at a resturant. Probably went straight to Timmy's afterwards to tell all his buddys how he got ripped off a couple bucks on a tube of grease that costs 10 bucks everywhere else in this one horse town. Happy to see more options availablle in town especially if you're actually looking for automotive parts and not all purpose grease.

This is a relatively new store in the area and I thought I'd pop in and see what they had and since I needed a little all purpose grease. They had a pail of grease was much larger in quantity than what I needed and settled on a smaller cartidge size at about $5.39 (pre tax) by the sticker on the shelf. When I checked out I noticed the bill was showing $8.98 (pre tax). When I asked why they said that there must have been a price increase (a 50% increase to boot!). They would not honour the shelf price sticker or refund me the difference saying the transaction had already been made. That is nonsense. I've never had a store refuse to give me a difference back on their error. They eventutually offered me the choice to return the item. Since I needed the grease I just walked out the store with my overpriced product rather than travel to another store to get what I needed. It appears to me that the store need better training in customer relations or changes in policies. Also, if this store chooses to sell at "what you see is not what you pay" then they need to either remove all stickers from their shelving or have a huge sign that says prices may fluxuate from the time you pick the product off the shelf to the time you reach the cash register. My advise to customers is to have your product verified for price before purchasing. Will I be returning to this store? Not likely. Sorry guys, you have competition that does a much better job.
