I didnt get the best of service here. I brought in my car for cleaning of both the interior and exterior parts. When I arrived later on to pick up my car, a lady (she seemed like the owners partner) took me around my car to show me what work was done on it. During that time I noticed several spots that were skipped (she pointed them out herself) but she didnt do anything about it. Afterwards, I was about driving off when I noticed that my brakes made a unusual sound whenever I stepped on them. I called the attention of the lady to it and asked her if there was a reason for it. The response I got from her was are you accusing me of something? To which I responded no, Im just trying to confirm if there are reasons for the abnormal brake sounds. Then she said I cant deal with you anymore today. I was in shock to hear that because I did not have any issue with her prior to the time. So, I told her that I would give me mechanic a call to know what was going on with my brakes considering that I planned on traveling to Cape Breton the next day. The mechanic informed me that it was okay and the sound came on because of the intense wash. I cant find a reason why the lady made those offensive statements. Id never come back there because the customer service is just the worse.

Had a number of good experiences here, Owner deals with you directly, and understands how to get you to come back, I found ordering accessories cheaper here than on Amazon, most times (that is saying something), I referred others to this place and will continue to do so, nice local business.
