I brought my daughters snow suit in for alteration in mid october, i was told it would take around two weeks, after 4 weeks i went back to see why i hadnt gotten a call to pick it up. I was given a big lecture about how she does everything in the order she recieves them, i was told it would be done by the end of the current week. Another 3 weeks later i still hadnt been called to pick it up so i went back to retreive it. My daughter needs a snowsuit for winter even if its not perfect, its better than no snowsuit. It hadnt even been started. There was no apology or anything. If it was going to take 7-8 (or longer) weeks for alterations i really would have liked to have been told so i could seek service elsewhere. I highly doubt that they are still working on things they received in the first week of october into the second week of december. If you are that backed up you should let your customers know.
