        High quality authentic Muay Thai programs from kids classes and beginner up to competition level. The kettlebell classes are killer too! The gym includes a large open matted area, multiple heavy bags, a boxing ring, treadmill, bike, and squat rack. One of the best workouts in town!

        If youre an athletic person and take your fitness seriously, you need to be paying your dues at Highland Muay Thai. Matty is an all-around trainer whose depth of knowledge spans many sports. His Muay Thai experience is unmatched in Atlantic Canada. What sets Matty apart from his peers is his ability to teach through anecdotes (ie: relating to other sports movement), his motivational charisma, and his lighthearted attitude towards INSANE physical work. I have never worked harder in my life and it was all out of respect for Matty and the sport. Everyone in Antigonish looking for a community of happy and hard working athletes should be at Highland Muay Thai.
