Terrible experience sent a huge bill of $2,357.50. Did not once ever say the test was going to be this amount of money. All I wanted was a quote to shop around. When they dug the test they did not pay attention or ask if there was electrical or water lines near by. They dug my electrical line to my barn ripped the panal off my basement wall, basement door came off alot of damaged accured. Took weeks for them to send an electrian to fix the damages. After many attempts to contact them about this issue and then they send me this bill. I will not be ever paying it. I do not recommend unless you want damage to your property. Very un satisfied customer. If I could give a 0 I would.

Marlene was great! She did a septic inspection for us and was very informative and willing to help out and answer questions. Her report was thorough and contained lots of information. I highly recommend using Ideal SpeticWorks and will be using her in the future if necessary.

Marlene charged us $1500 for a septic system that she never installed. I have since dealt with other local installers and have heard similar stories about this business, I would highly recommend shopping around before going with Ideal Septic.
