I saw Dr Weir in the Baddeck office. I hadn't been able to see properly since my last prescription 18 months ago which was done in the US. Dr. Weir tested my eyes twice in order to get to the bottom of my issue. There had to be a prism adjustment. I now am able to see perfectly for the first time in years.

Literally the customer service was as bad as it gets. I went for my first cotact fitting a few weeks ago. I found a better deal on contacts elsewhere so I just wanted to pay for my 90 dollar contact fitting and go. I had already paid 100 dollars for the eye exam. When I explained that I wanted to buy contacts from a cheaper location they refused to do my fitting. To sum it up.....they refused to do an contact fitting unless I bought my contacts from them. I don't know what word can be used other then extortion. Extremely manipulative at the very least for someone who's never dealt with eye care before and was feeling quite vulnerable. I was blown away...truly.
