Awful experience here!! My girlfriend and I are both vegan and we went there after seeing their large plant world menu. We used the plant world menus to order and spent about 5 minutes asking specifics about if the cheese and mayo were vegan etc. I ordered a clubhouse burger from the plant world menu and my gf ordered the loaded nachos. We waited approximately 30 minutes to receive our food, at which point I noticed that there was real bacon on my burger. I asked if it was real bacon and he proudly said yes. I said okay well I didnt order that. Then I asked if it was real beef too and he smiled and said yes. Then I asked if those nachos were loaded because it was just cheese on them nothing else. He said no. I said well I ordered a vegan burger and she ordered loaded nachos. He took our orders back and we waited an additional 30 minutes to receive our original orders. Barely an apology. And after all that it cost 40 dollars. Not to mention we literally tried so hard not to support animal suffering and they literally made it and gave it to us anyways.

First off, the food I had here was AMAZING, and the server was very thorough answering my allergy-related ingredient questions. Also love the backyard atmosphere. We visited around 3pm on a Saturday. We were one of two families there. A few minutes after we received our food, the server approached us and asked if we could settle up now as she is heading home and cant clock out without cashing out us out. That wasn't a problem and we were happy to pay then. We paid at the table. We didnt see the server again, and finished our meal. We left the restaurant and were near our car when a man dashed out of the restaurant and yelled after us asking if we had paid. I said we had and we got in our car and left. It was very odd. Overall, I will eat here again. The food was so good,I dont think ill be able to stay away despite the slightly offputting end to our experience.
