Clean room, air conditioned, quiet, free parking, professional and courteous service. I don't know what else would one want. Also, big fridge, kitchenette and did I say all of this for less than 130 cad ( booked last minute), Rooms: Clean

Rooms: well-maintained and clean rooms. Safety: It's safe and has 24 hr cctv surveillance as well. Walkability: Sobeys Plaza is walking distance.

What a delightful surprise. I payed for a cheap motel, as I just needed a place to sleep for 7 hrs, and I expected a worn and dated room, and instead what I got is an impeccably clean room that looks freshly renovated with a comfortable King bed and an immaculately spotless bathroom with a deep tub that looks brand new. EDIT- Although my initial impressions of the establishment were very positive. After staying there I have to convey that I didnt sleep very well because the walls are paper thin, and I could hear many of the other occupants louder than I would deem acceptable. In particular, in one of the rooms, the alarm went off and stayed on for several hours. It was loud enough to disturb me in my room. When I called the front desk and ask them to deal with this, the lady called back 10 minutes later and told me that she could hear it too, but she didnt know what to do about it. This made my stay less than ideal.
