The dentists are pleasant enough , receptionist not so much. , However like a typical dentist its all about the easy money . They have zero problem taking your money and recommending X rays at every opportunity you go in for a cleaning or a check up . But as soon as you go in with an ache in your tooth and ask them to take a quick look as youre in pain its oh no, you dont have an appointment, get out, heres a phone number for a dentist in Coldbrook. Thought it was poor service as when you could really do with their help they basically fob you off, wouldnt recommend this dental clinic after this experience and in fact would advise against anyone considering this as their dental practice . I for one will not be going back to this place

The staff are amazing. The dentist is excellent. The hygienists are excellent. I couldnt ask for better care.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Easson last September after having searched for a dentist for a while. I wasn't happy with my last dentist, partly because he had insisted that he could only use amalgam fillings for certain areas of my mouth and I had a lot of it there already. I visited this dental center after hearing good reviews a while back but I was initially deterred by the perceived rudeness of the receptionist/ secretary and the sudden onset of covid. I was told by others that it was worth overlooking that because of the exceptional work of the doctors and other clinical staff. They were not wrong. When I went back there was new receptionist and Dr. Easson and her staff have been great . I couldn't ask for better people to deal with. After my initial booking for new patient checkup, the doctor and her staff put me at ease with a very welcoming environment and I went on for a second appointment for a filling removal and replacement with a composite filling, as well as a new one, and today went for a cleaning. The doctor was very respectful of all of my wishes and did a top knotch job, despite minor setbacks and the (assistant/nurse?) that did my cleaning was great too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for new care including, from what I understand, for kids.
