Not good customer service at all. All we did was ask how our dogs first night was and if she was whining through the night or anything and she came back with a very snarky comment saying how would I know I dont sleep with the dogs. When I asked to go pick up my dog between her pick up hours 4-6 she said no because she made plans to go out and that we would have to wait till the next day to pick her up. Not fair at all considering thats her pick up hours that SHE chose so youd think shed be home during those hours.

Looking for a place for my cat, Id never leave him there. Cattery looks like a prison cell and the neglect was obvious

I wanted to book 2 of my cats to be boarded with them. All I did was ask a simple question about my cats being boarded in the same enclosure and the owner turned around and responded very rudely and turned me anyway. I wanted to make sure the care and safety of pets were fully taken care of. I dont think they were very professionally, especially in this tough economical times.
