Almost Family Respite & Home Care

My father started with Bailee's company in nov 2022. Very good to deal with, kept me informed while trying to recruit a homecare worker for my dad. Once started homecare worker was very accommodating and kept me informed. Dad liked her right away. She makes him feel important and still feel independent. She stays in contact with me directly if there are any issues and we have had a few with my dad since December, losing his license was one of the issues and he was so down in the dumps dealing with this change. Homecare helped him along. He has a very hard time accepting any change in his life at this point. He is 89 and very fragile and homecare just helps him along and we are very appreciative of this service. Also it is the company part of the visit as well as meal prep as he wants to continue to live in his home as long as he is able. I was recommended this company from a neighbor whom was using and I would fully recommend to anyone. Almost respite is also able to keep the same homecare worker with client and my dad likes that. He does not want to many strange workers in his home at this point.

Care worker is very caring, considerate, attentive, willing to help with anything. Initial assesment was thorough and matching by company was incredibly acurate. Very accomodating to needs.

I am very impressed with the service that I have received from Almost Family Respite & Home Care. On New Years Eve, I was really down and out because my mother had a bad fall and I wasn't sure how to bathe or lift her up after she came back from hospital. Bailee, the owner had one of her employees - Monica come to the house that afternoon. That visit meant so much to me and words can't explain how much it meant to me for someone to come to our house on a holiday when so many people were celebrating. The owner Bailee went "the extra mile" in sending Monica out and that was so kind of Monica to come. I would not hesitate in using Bailee's services again and this Home Care is the best that anyone could get. Bailee even called me a few days later, to see how mom was doing. To me this is "excellent service"!!!
