This is a good resource if you need help with very beginner job search info. They will show you how to make a resume, write a cover letter, and use websites like Indeed. Besides that, it very much depends who you are set up with. Last year I was matched with Chantelle (no longer with the company), who was helpful with getting me set up with the START Program, training sessions, and regularly sent me job postings she thought would suit me. Today I went in and met with Brian. While he was friendly, he did not seem familiar with what programs were available or what to recommend me when I told him I was looking for remote work. He asked me if I knew about Indeed. I told him that I log on daily and have accounts on multiple sites, and that I was very familiar with job searching. He then cruised LinkedIn, showing me postings I'd been seeing for weeks. He did not seem familiar with the software. He also had a bunch of log-in info and passwords saved on his computer from other clients! Confidentiality and security are an issue.

Im not here to talk bad about anyone but i got no assistance but filling out some forms and lost a job opportunity Waiting on work equipment. I believe they need to be more understanding of the work force and what's best for their clients not what makes them money and thinking they know whats best for someone .
