        On October 13th, 2015... My 12 year old son Tyrell Kendall was vaccinated against my wishes at Bridgewater Jr High school. I was sent home a permission slip which I clearly stated DO NOT VACCINATE MY CHILD.... I was contacted via FACEBOOK (how professional) About my son wanting this vaccine... I told him he is old enough to make his choice but I do NOT consent... What gives you the right to inject MY child with something I did NOT consent to.... I suggest ANY other parents who have opted out for this vaccines GO WITH YOUR CHILD THAT DAY!!!
