Upon arrival a disaster with the booking, scuzzy looks on building. No proper parking, what garden sitting area, there is none, coffee 24hr is a lie, no water to drink, no glasses to drink from to get water from tap in smallest sink we've ever seen (travel trailers have a bigger one), which has to be shared with other guests on floor. No TV to watch news, no info pamphlet about area, no books or magazines, nada, pathetic breakfast with a 3 day stale croissant, milk for ever boring cereal not kept cool (sitting on counter for how many hrs?) Same for the crappie looking bologna. On and on...at least ok all inside decorated rooms to Victorian time, but bedding and mattresses are another issue. how many gallon of boats lacquer was used...the smell still is under our skin. Thanks to new installed heatpumps, we were able to slip into sleep and woke up every time with creaking noise of door tap, when one needs to visit shared 3pc bathroom. What Seaview where they advertising...we looked directly at a factory . Do not waste your money to go there. All is cheaply done for making quick buck. We did not see any official license to run this place. Heatpump does not have proper conduit for power cables either. Concrete entrance is uneven and cracked, rusty balluster by entrance and going upstairs to your room can become a struggle too, missing halfway up the stairs a Handrail to hold on to, DANGEROUS ...hope you have a better experience than this. Very disappointing. Oh...and those stained glass windows....nonsense, because they are stickers to disguise the awful look to neighbors.
