This is a lovely hike to a beautiful falls that should have micro hydro. It's so wonderful that the folks who seem to own the first 200m of the trail allow you to walk alongside their property. Leash your dog... these lovely folks have chickens and their own dog.

Short hike up to the falls about 10 minutes. Its a steady incline but not a difficult hike. I missed the turn down to the falls and hiked an extra 5km total through the trees, where it gets a little thick! Keep an eye out for a faded sign to the falls (a tree had recently fallen and I thought it was to guide me along the original path). The trail head is hard to see. Look for the power pole in front of the house and the trail head is right behind it. There is a very kind couple who allow people to walk through their property to access the trail to the falls (thank you soooo much ) and there is a clear sign saying walkers welcome, no ATVs to the left of the house.
