I cannot recommend TreePad enough! I have had a great sense of security and relief with the staff and management. They have found excellent tenants, who pay on time and keep the property in good condition. There is an annual survey of the maintenance needed, and the home is kept in good condition. TreePad has an interesting and new property management model, that works! Thanks to Holli and Libby and Josh, and all the team at TreePad. You have made my life so much easier.

We are first time out of province property owners so we knew that having the right property management team was important to us because we are not close to our property. Treepad was very helpful in educating and supporting us though the initial set up and has been very helpful to us in the past year. The are timely, very client focused, responsive and very professional. There help has put our minds at ease.

TreePad, Holli, has been managing the rental of our condo in Halifax for just over 6 months and our experience has been wonderful . From screening tenants to find the perfect one , to collecting the rents , setting up the contract and managing any concerns everything has gone very smoothly. Holli always keeps us well informed of any request by the tenant. We feel the fees are very reasonable for the relieve of having our condo so well managed. Duncan and Wanda McMaster
