Scott saved me from buying a money pit. He was kind, punctual, professional and explained everything in a down to earth manner. His inspection report was very thorough. I have a friend who is an expert contractor look over the report and advised me NOT to buy the house because it needed SO much work. Scott was very prompt and responsive throughout the home inspection process (July 2020). Very accessible through phone or texts for queries before and after inspection report (very detailed with lots of pictures) was provided to us. He was on site for the inspection for more than 2 hours and provided patient and detailed explanations to queries. He gave us the confidence to move forward with the home purchase. We recommend his services.
