I have used Scotia Law for at least 3 real estate transactions in the past 4 years. They seamlessly worked with my bank and the realtors to get everything taken care of. They squeezed me in and met the timelines on several real estate transactions with very short closing dates. There are 2 lawyers who are able to cover for each other, so no gap in service happens. Id recommend them and continue to use them for real estate transactions.

The Scotia Law team was so great to work with! They took care of everything needed from the sale of one house to the purchase of another, and even family contracts!
