Shaw Retail Centre

I think Shaw has forgotten who made them wealthy years ago. "you take what you get attitude " is not acceptable. We had pavers from Shaw's put down for our driveway last year. No problem. Everyone who drove by stopped and admired them, This spring we decided to put the same pavers down for a patio out back. When the pavers were being laid, there was quite a discoloration on the grey pavers - ie a lot of white throughout. This would not give a positive feature for resale. The folks doing the work had a very hard time with Shaw. Only 4 palettes arrived today and the rest of the walkway will have to be what can be salvaged from the original.

i have worked 3 days for them and they never paid me... How can someone support a company that makes something like this?

One of the more dangerous yards I've ever been in. There is damaged bricks, blocks and metal bands everywhere. Pallets of materials have toppled over. Its very unprofessional. The yard is next to impossible to navigate through and very little to no help available. While I was there, I'd seen 5 staff members just hanging out on their phones. It didn't look like anyone was working. When the state of the yard was brought to the attention of the office staff, they just pointing to the "be careful" signage at the front gate. In my opinion, it's chaos and a law suit waiting to happen. Be careful when shopping here.
