        Mike Sangster and the First General Dartmouth team were unbelievable to our family and to a crisis we found ourselves in. When crisis hit, Mike came to our rescue, put our minds at ease, and put his team to work on the restoration. Despite the inconvenience of moving out, it gave us peace of mind getting our weekly updates from Mike and having the ability to provide feedback into the outcomes we wanted. It truly felt like every member of the team had a genuine concern for us and our challenge and wanted the best possible results for us. I cant speak for other restorations companies, but the First General provided a level of professionalism and care that I never thought would be possible. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all youve done and for getting us back in our home- we are forever grateful.
