Purchased a pair of tribal pull on, cropped pants. Wore 3 times, washed as per directions, spandex fibrrs are coming thru on the butt area. Now too unsightly to wear. Took to Dartmouth store, no guarantee on product. No credit offered. Just told spandex can be sensitive to some soaps. EXPENSIVE pair of pants for 3 wears!! Will not shop here again!!!

My husband and I are regular customers of Samuel & Co store in Halifax. When we were in Dartmouth, we also decided to go and buy something in the Samuel&Co store. And we were struck by the unfriendly and disrespectful attitude of the staff. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

Shopping for a dress to wear to a wedding Sat morning (Aug 20/22) and went to one of my usual places that didnt have anything of interest. The sales lady suggested I try Samuel and Co. I have honestly never been in that store before but decided to give it a try. I walked in and was greeted by Tara (hope Im spelling that right) and she was extremely helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she started pointing out dresses and the shopping began. Then Spencer came and joined into help. They were both fantastic and made a very painfully boring morning of dress shopping an absolutely wonderful enjoyable (and fun) experience. Thank you both for starting off my day so wonderfully! I will definitely be back!
