        Absolutely amazing products that not only look beautiful but smell wonderful as well! I highly recommend trying the lemon poppy seed scented soap bars they are my favourite!

        I feel bad writing this review because I love the product, and I'm very disappointed I'm not getting it. But I've rarely experienced such awful customer service. I placed an order for almost $200 on Oct 5. By late Oct it still hadn't arrived. I emailed and sent a FB message with no response. When I called on Oct 27 I was told it would be shipped on Oct 28. After more delay, I called again on Nov 7. My order had still not be prepared or shipped. I was told it would be made and couriered to my office to arrive on Nov 9 or 10. I called on the 10 and was assured it was coming. When I left work it had still not come. By then I was so fed up I called to cancel. The owner did not apologize or show any signs that she was upset to lose my business. I felt that she was glad to be done with dealing with the order. I wish it had worked out better. I was really looking forward to some of the best lotion I've used, and it's made locally, but after being lied to and misled, I'm done with the company.
