A week ago I was in there and bought a grocery order and was over charged on a sale item, the customer service desk and supervisor were only willing to give me a $15 discount, even when their company is supposed to follow the Scanner Code Of Practice policies. I ended up being overcharged for products that malfunctioned after getting them home and don't have the means to return. With such lack of customer service, they wonder why people are stealing from their store and lighting their public washrooms on fire.

Magic the Gathering packs are priced horribly hear just like ToysRus. Most local game shops in HRM sell Draft Boosters anywhere from $5-$6 pack and Set Boosters are usually $8 a pack everywhere else. Now the packs in question are Dominaria Remastered Draft Boosters which most places fetch about $8 a pack (understandable for this set it had many reprinted power cards) but here they sell them ar $13 rounded up before taxes. Not to mention they sell Set Boosters for March of the Machine for $10 instead of like $8 everywhere. It's no wonder they can't get stock in and everyone just ends up stealing it.
