        Not interested in discussing options or answer questions. Thats fine. I figured it out and sent an email of what we need. A week later still no response For something last week we believed he would complete. So needless to say, another local company has stepped up and putting a rush on our product.

        Reached out for an inquiry and requested. The response I received was short, non friendly and not helpful. I went to another print/engraving shop and had a lovely experience.

        Good and quick service. Got the job done exactly how we needed it. Reduction of star, for the early closing time and the nasty cigarette smoke lingering in the store.
