        I believe it these guys doing work next to a day care in highfield. for most of a year they flooded the parking lot and side walk of the day care. Soaking little kids on their way into the building in the am. Parents complain and the 2 younger guys laugh at the parents and curse them from inside their machine room. They flooded the parking lot so bad and often the asphalt had to be replaced. A few times the power of the water was so bad it came out of the building across the sidewalk into the front grill of cars. The 2 guys working there even said they have hoses they could use but don't.
