Floors Plus

Where do I start? Firstly there should be a ZERO star option. Floors Plus Burnside installed vinyl plank flooring in my home and did an awful job (see pictures) and also their product is garbage. We tried to get them (Buddy) to address the issues we had (cracking, gaps everywhere and simply just a poor installation of a poor product. They would do NOTHING for us! If you want to throw your money away and get stuck with paying for a floor TWICE like me, then do business with Floors Plus. I lost my money so I hope someone reads this and saves theirs. There is no way some of these 5 star reviews are legitimate. No doubt posted by Floors Plus themselves.

Definitely the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a flooring company and the only one to blame is the insurance adjuster working at Floorsplus Stern Ct. No communication skills (literally took about 3 weeks to even response) and was not reachable most of the time. After receiving the layout of the floor, he was short of 6 boxes to finish our flooring. Not only he was short on the first time, but only ordered 5 boxes and was short a second time. Ive wasted 4 vacation days due to his incompetence. The second issue was their installers Did a great job on the first portion of the job, but it went down from there, forgot to bring underlay foam and just decided it was not necessary, swearing (thank god I had no kids there), smoking at the front door, insulting me etc, etc Store manager should do a little clean up in his personnel.

Worst experience I ever had in all my years dealing with customer service. Do not use this company!! If I could choose a no star rating rather then have to give it a 1 star I would.

Ordered our flooring here after an unfortunate flood in our kitchen area. They has lots of great options that are budget friendly. Buddy was great guiding us, new home owners and first time doing renovations to select the product right for our space. Matt did an amazing installation and was easy to get in touch with to fix an imperfection found. I highly recommend!

I like to be treated with some kindness and respect when dealing with people. Thank you Kim and Matt for showing both these qualities. I hope your company is aware of how you treat customers and potential customers. I will highly recommend your store.
