Have been ordering from Bloomex for years, was always good until my most recent order. I ordered the Sweet Blossoms Collection (supersize) in a vase for my mother for Mother's Day. The flowers arrived wilted and dying with petals falling off. I asked my mom to send me pictures and she did and I could see the damaged/dying petals. I contacted Bloomex and sent the pictures. I said I'd like replacement flowers sent to my mother. When they finally replied they said "Upon having reviewed the pictures sent to us, we are able to determine that the arrangement you received was in accordance with our policy". So their policy clearly allows wilted and dying flowers upon arrival. In their reply they also offered me on discount on my next order. No thanks. Never again.
