        By appointment only but when you book its not a real appointment system, so you submit a time youd like to come and then hope that works? We submitted a time 48 hours in advance and then when we showed up they had closed early for the day and just left us in the dark. Very frustrating.

        Wow! Professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and kind. Mom and I visited Poul and Dan for an appraisal and sale. Every step of the appraisal was explained. Great atmosphere. 100% recommended.

        Extremely rude. Yelled at an old lady to move her truck. Came out and said excuse me lady can you pick a spot please in a very rude manner, when the lady was the tiniest bit out of her lines.
