        I've dealt with Parson's a fair few times and never had an issue. Staff are knowledgeable and courteous.

        Be sure you need what you buy, bought some hydraulic fittings, ended up not using them they where still in the box, I was charged a 40% restocking fee on them, which I would accept if it was posted or I was made aware upon purchase no where on the receipt or at the counter was it posted they charged a restocking fee and at that a 40% restocking fee, I will not be back again
