Amazing experience working with Bruce from the initial consultation, to the delivery of the final ring. I had a custom diamond engagement ring made and his knowledge and professionalism was unmatched. He took the time to explain the many details regarding the world of diamonds and ensured I had a top quality product. He even provided a beautiful ring box, branded polishing cloths, and took the time to explain the certification brochure to me. The biggest thing that set Bruce apart from any other jeweler I contacted was his human approach. He was the only jeweler to ask the name of my (now) fianc and wanted to know all about how I planned to propose. He truly loves what he does and it is shown in his craftmanship. We will be back to see Bruce for our wedding bands in the near future.
