Went in to look at the chains. I asked a question, are they solid/hollow/plated? (I only wear solid gold jewelry). Someone whom I assume is the manager came over and confirmed they are solid, and proceeded to explain to me that they are very expensive. It felt as though they were implying I couldnt afford it. At no point did I ask about pricing. It may have been as I am a young man with a sweater on, but the unsolicited implication I couldnt afford it made them lose a sale. This is an ageist approach to sales that does not work. I will not be returning to purchase any jewelry from now on.

For a jewelry store thats selling many pieces for over $10,000 my partner and I were really not impressed with our experience. The staff are not very knowledgeable about the jewelry. The staff member we were dealing with tried to tell us that a ruby and a garnet stone were the same thing and was overall very unsure. We ended up going to another store to ask questions. This store had a decent sale on their jewelry (70% off all in stock jewelry) which is the only reason why we decided to buy a piece from there. We wanted to swap out the stone in the ring we were buying for another stone but none of the staff seemed to have an idea of cost and told us it would be about $300 regardless of the type of stone we chose which is really odd. Additionally, the warranty was based off the original ticket price and not the sale price (70% off remember!) Overall, if youre looking for a piece of jewelry for whatever occasion best to visit another store. Overall not a good experience.

I was in there this evening, looking at chains the young lady that was helping me was extremely helpful and very friendly. She gave me so much information from the different styles of chains to even offering to helping me custom design chain. I will be letting everyone know to go and see her from now on when they are looking for jewelry.
