Pay these guys almost 800 dollars a year for 7 years and they never include members in negotiations. They negotiate contracts that favour management and hurt members as is proof by the latest contract. On top of it all they are out of touch with members wants and needs. They support management in all their endeavors. Early unions would roll over in their graves to see the progress made and then given up by the likes of NSGEU. It speaks volumes of the strength of the NSGEU that no one offered to run the union. Nobody wants to board a crashing plane. Jason MacLean got out at the perfect time. New leadership who won by default feebly went into arbitration only to have their offers laughed at. Union members need to demand more for our high cost. If it were up to me I would amass an exodus from NSGEU in favour of a union who fights for it's members. Please members reading this. DEMAND MORE.

NSGEU continues to pad their pockets while negotiating away the benefits of its members. NSGEU does not and has no interest in standing by its members opinions or concerns. I would be better off hiring a negotiator every 4 years than sending $3200 to these crooks quadrennially. Shame

Great facilities and they put up a great appearance of helping workings but they don't follow through with grievance issues or remotely try to rectify the issue. The work is left on the employee to argue the collective agreement.... Which is expired because the union hasn't put enough effort into a new one.
