Wow, Dropped in to have a look at the wood selection. A very close neighbor to autoone.ca. It is unbelievable the stuff that this place has. Chatted with Mark and Jamie, going to buy a nice piece of oak.

Spoke to Sarah on the phone after having to call back to see if my initial request about having a slab cut and joined together had been figured out.. she took the call and was surprisingly short and dismissive with me, as if she had better things to do than go over the process with me on what I was looking for and contrary to what the gentleman told me the process was that actually does the work in the workshop. Horrible costumer service from Sarah, shocking actually! From a company that depends on customers business. You wont be getting mine, nor any future business so thank you Sarah for losing thousands of potential future profit for the company. Ill go elsewhere to buy. Absolutely unbelievably disgusting service from this person. Id give you and (F-) you lack basic customer service sales skills and common courtesy.
