Acadian Seaplants Ltd.

I have been attempting to get a Canadian usage label and material safety data sheet for use of their soluble seaweed extract since June 28 of 2018. I also requested access to their research information so I might sell the use of their product better to my clients. Repeated email and phone calls have resulted in no response from them. I enquired if more information was required, for example a sales receipt or details of my business. Again no call back. A simple explanation would suffice. Avoid these folks as a source of information, they only want to sell seaweed.

I dropped by and was treated with indifference. Although the salesman was housed at the same office, the receptionist that l was speaking to in person gave me her card and told me to call her and make an appointment. In a similar scenario at a headquarter of a seed company in Rochester NY, they made every effort, and treated me well.
