I've bought 30 pairs of shoes for my wife's collection there also shoes for my kids well I got a pair for my son last week and the shoes need to be replaced but they didnt have the size in store in order to order him the replacement shie they wanted me to leave the other shoes there until the new ones come in well that's my kids only pair of sneakers so basically I have to buy him a new pair to wear because they wont order replacements and let us exchange when they come in not a good system wont shop there again

I have visited the MIcMac MAll Journeys location a few times, and each experience has been very positive in terms of customer service. When I visited the store today, I received prompt and professional assistance from employees, Khoel and Greg. Their helpful and friendly manner assisted me in my decision to buy a pair of boots, and I am certain that I will return to this store to purchase more footwear too. Thanks for the great service.

Freya was the best at helping me pick out shoes for my 10 year old son. She was honest and caring very personable in knowing what we were looking for. I will only shop there again because of her.
