Best experience with Mervin. He walked us through the whole process and communicated efficiently throughout our building process. Hands down the best mortgage broker we have ever dealt with. Everything went smooth from pre-approval, to changes with our build and lastly to the actual mortgage payout. Very knowledgeable and always quick to react when unexpected situations arise.
