        We had some rentals for our wedding from glow and they were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, super friendly staff and very prompt with emails. Glows rentals were in excellent condition and the quality was by far the best compared to our other rentals. Definitely worth it. Would absolutely recommend.

        Glow delivered stunning pieces for our New Year's Eve wedding at Citadel Hill! They were a joy to communicate with throughout the process and answered all of my questions quickly and informatively. On the day before the wedding, when they came to deliver the bar shelf, they discovered it did not fit through the doorway. Without hesitation or complaint, they returned to their store, chose a different, even more beautiful shelf, and brought it back to the site. They did not charge me more for the more expensive shelf OR for the return to store - despite the measurement issue being entirely my fault. Most importantly, I only found out about this after the problem was solved. Needless to say, I was very impressed by their customer service and quick problem solving attitude. I encourage everyone to use Glow for their event needs!
