Booked for a 9am appointment, so I took 2hours off work. 9.15am, no communication, called all numbers, text, left messages, no answer. Got a text at 9.35 saying he was running late and would be between 10 and 10.30. still no quote for a faucet install. I asked again for a quote, $95 per hour, plus gas and Materials. I had to cancel.....no one pays my gas to go to work..... The owner was super nice and apologetic, wasn't his fault but I had lost 2 hours pay at this point. Service: Faucet repair

Had the chance to meet Leroy this past week and all I can say is, I'll never go elsewhere for my Plumbing and Heating needs. Friendly staff and fantastic services. Id recommend anyone to Blackburn Bennett!

Reducing my 5 star review to a 2 star. While years ago Mike was amazing to deal with for my plumbing issue my experience in the past 14 months has been awful. I contacted them to clean my propane furnace. I had to chase them for an invoice. I've called Greg at least 5 times over the past year for a quote for a propane fired hot water heater. He NEVER calls back or shows for appointments. Don't waste your time coming to these guys for gas service. No one will ever call you back.
