Amazing experience with these guys. Great communication and on time. Delivery driver was very helpful, and went the extra mile to help make things easy for us. Will be ordering again from them.

Backyard patio pour that I needed pump truck delivery for. The order guys were helpful (although they never told me with pump delivery I would lose 1/2 yard of concrete) Pump truck driver did a great job of positioning for delivery. The downside was the driver was in some kind of mood like our job ruined his day. Then he painted our apple tree and our yard with concrete when he cleaned out the pump hose (when I had a wheelbarrow right next to it) If you don't want private customers, you shouldn't sell to them.

Ordered 1 cubic metre for a residential pour, Halifax Peninsula. Dispatch/customer service was very helpful with advice on what grade/type of concrete to order, and were very flexible with scheduling and rescheduling delivery. Dispatch indicated that the delivery truck would have a 12ft chute, and indicated no potential issues reaching my forms for the pour. However, when the driver showed up (on time), he was completely uninterested in positioning his truck to allow for a chute pour. He parked the truck and demanded that I use my wheelbarrow and shovel. I asked him what he would have done if I didn't have a wheelbarrow and responded "No, it's what YOU would have done. I just deliver". I had saved street space for him to maneuver, and even asked the neighbors to temporarily vacate their driveway so both sides of the pour could be accessed. A 20 yard bin truck and come and gone no problem from my driveway on a very busy parking day. Two gravel dump trucks had come and gone from my driveway no problem. I had already paid by VISA and was in a bind. If I refused delivery I'd felt I'd be charged. I moved the concrete by hand. Like an idiot. Fairly happy with the end product, but feel sorely shafted by the driver. Strongly recommend that you schedule a delivery, but pay the driver in cash only after you have arranged a pouring plan, and only after you make that delivery fee work for you.
