I rented a unit in 7165 Quinpool road, which besides bedbugs had innumerable problems. The pipe under the bathroom sink was leaking and after multiple messages and calls (that they never answered) I had to fix it myself, without any $ back from the landlord or owner, ofc. I could mention numerous issues with them but the main is that they WON'T return your security deposit!!! The only thing they care about is your money! They just want to take your money, like the big SCAM that they are.
The owners of this company, Morgan Miller, Peter Rouvalis, and Heather Murray are responsiveness, they won't take calls, respond emails nor texts unless it is to give them money.
If the landlords of this city are going to charge us whatever they feel like, then we should at least warn ourselves of scammers like these.
