DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PACK OF LIARS AND CROOKS. This builder from Toronto just wants to take your money, lie and cheat. There is a group of owners on Facebook and I feel bad for what they are going through. My brother in law bought there and my heart breaks for his family.

This is a lovely spot to build in. Looks like more construction to happen, not sure how that will change the view.

Probably going to be a great place to live, if they ever give us an answer when it will be completed. Last month, they made a promise that closings would start in April, but now we're being told June! Not very encouraging!?! Based on only 2 reviews and their lack of real information - 0ne star is generous! A word of warning to buyers! We finally got our PDI date, BUT, were told that ONLY we - the buyers - not our agent or legal rep are allowed, and the PDI is limited to 30 minutes! In Ontario, an average of one hour per 1000 sq./ft. is allocated - i.e. foe us 2 hours and twenty minutes. What are they trying to hide? Are they hopping that we will be so excited about finally getting into our homes, that we'll let defects which may be spotted by a professional go? This is VERY POOR TREATMENT of their customers who are prepared hundreds of thousands of dollars.
