I work as a Job developer for a local employment organization. Hazmasters has been extremely helpful in providing my youth clients with equipment, tools, hard hats, vests, etc. They've been very responsive and helpful to program clients who've gone to their store to pick up equipment.

I haven't been able to purchase anything at Hazmasters the last 2 times I have been there. They would not provide service the first time because they weren't given direction on how to serve customers from head office the first time. The second time i called ahead. The answering machine said they were open until 5pm. I showed up at 4:15pm. There was a sign in the door stating they were open until 4:30 and to call for service. No answer and no staff onsite. I provide essential services and I am flat working to service others. I will never again purchase anything from a company who doesn't care enough to provide their customers service or respect.
