Orange Ball Athletics

Recently ordered off Orange Ball, and didnt have the best customer experience. Firstly, the order took 3 weeks to deliver, due to the fact it took over 2 weeks to have my order shipped. Secondly, some of my order wasnt in stock and had to be substituted for another item 2 weeks after placing. The website needs to be updated more frequently with what exactly is in stock. If I wanted to wait for my actual order I originally ordered, Id be waiting over 3 months, as per the customer service employee. The communication with orange ball was great but I had to reach out to ask questions regarding the status of my order, where I believe I should have been reached out to since some stuff was out of stock. I hate to say it but unfortunately I wouldnt recommend this site to anyone. And I wouldnt order again.

We worked with Orange Ball Athletics to secure equipment for our adult co-ed sports leagues in Halifax. Matt was excellent to deal with and provided prompt service and made sure the equipment we ordered was delivered on time for league play. The pricing was competitive and it felt great to support a small business instead of shopping from a big-box store in the area.
