WASTE OF MY TIME...ZERO STARS...two thumbs down and a mid digit up. Almost two months ago I loaded two heavy lift carts into my trailer and drove to this business to arrange for some custom metal work. When entering the business I was greeted by a young "gentleman" who when I asked how he was doing he grunted "busy" and continued to ignore me. Eventually an older gentleman asked how he could help. I explained what I had in my trailer. He came out and took measurements and seemed interested in the work and willing. He told me he would be in touch with a price. Four weeks passed - lol. I called their office several times and did not get an answer. Two weeks ago someone actually answered! The woman that answered told me that the individual I needed to speak to was "of course" not available and he would call me back. Another week passed and I tried them again today. Nobody answered and their voicemail is full. Unreliable and and total waste of time, I am left looking for another company to perform the work. Good luck if you actually want something done by this company. Hopefully time is an unlimited commodity for you. As a business owner myself I'm stunned at how a company can have ZERO customer service.

Quite possibly the best welding experience ive ever had i couldnt believe how knowledgeable and professional the employees here were. there wasnt a single problem they werent able to solve and they went vastly above and beyond what i had asked for my custom fabrication services! The customer service was quick and top notch they fit me in and had my project done THAT DAY ! Would 10/10 recommend this place for any welding you need done.
