Just like Susan Euler here, the driver say one price and the management charge you something entirely different, if the driver says good morning, look at your watch, it might be afternoon. Get everything in writing or record conversation when it's money, they want to squeeze you out of every dime.. If empathy, common sense and good customer service is a value you appreciate - call the next towing shop.

I wonder what customers would think to know your huge truck runs red lights hauling their vehicles. Ive used this company in the past & now, after what I saw May 1 around 9am, I question if I would use this service again. The light was completely red when their truck barreled through Caledonia & Main. It had plenty of time to stop, even with the load it had, if it was doing the posted speed limit. I locked myself out of my car with my baby in it. Absolutely panicked I called this company and they could not have got to me any quicker. I am so so grateful as I was thinking Id have to break a window but they took no time to get to me.
