Very friendly staff, lots of resources for educational toys and games for all ages. Club costs money but coupons offset the cost and it's worth it to get 10% off of just about everything. Online ordering to pick up in the store was also easy.

I found a 13" white bear plush priced at $79.99+ tax that I wanted to buy, but I located a brown stain on it. I went to the cash register to ask if they had more out back, and pointed out the stain. The cashier just said "no, there's nothing out back". They didn't even take the stained item from me to remove it from the floor. I made a point of saying "I dont feel right paying $79+taxes for a stained plush" the cashier said nothing as I went and placed it back on the shelf where I'd found it. I found it very unprofessional that they'd knowingly sell such a high priced item with a defect. Buyer beware. Inspect items carefully at this store!
