While I have more containers to be delivered, I won't use Atlantic Tiltload, Ltd again. The Wed scheduled delivery turned into Monday the next week. Nevermind two of us flew to NS to be there to load it days earlier. They didn't really care. Then, though I gave them the release paperwork, they still (apparently) tried calling, texting and emailing saying that CTS wouldn't release the container without a release (which I sent the week prior). I was quite careful and intentional to provide the necessary paperwork AND told them I have no cell or internet where they were delivering to. Then we were told the container WAS delivered, but that was to a different Indian Brook, NS. I did my due diligence, but it all fell apart in their office. On a positive note, the driver was nice and their equipment top notch. Oh yeah, I had other quotes only "slightly" higher, quoted because of no backhaul. I'm quite certain Atlantics delay (to me) was caused by them arranging a backhaul (days later) to increase their $$$. Here's a thought for a business ... be honest ... be forthright. It is that simple.
