        I made an online booking for a trip to cuba. Upon completing my booking I noticed in my confIrmation that it said COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE COVERAGE FAILED. I went to online chat and a wonderful man named raymond from your office began to help me. after reviewing my booking and through several emails and even a call we resolved I little glitch in the system to determine everything was all good. LIKE WOW..SERIOUSLY..RAYMOMD CALLED ME..unheard of particularly since I didn't book directly with him. hats off to raymond..raymond you exemplify that it's possible to book online and still have personal contact with a human being and a darn nice one at that. andre potvin VERY SATISFIED TRAVELLOR
